These advanced features leave the original reports unchanged, allowing you the continued option of using either the standard reports or an edited variation:
Edit Reports
Create a copy of any existing Logos report and edit it to meet your organization's needs. You can add/delete/move fields, alter the format, change fonts, add a graphic, change the page size/orientation and more.
No Limits
You can create as many variations of a standard report as you need. The original report is always available to be edited again, or to be printed.
Add Items
You can add fields, functions, variables, graphics, and labels to any report, allowing your reports to display all the information that is valuable to your organization.
Delete Items
You can quickly remove any unwanted items from a report, leaving only the items that you need to see.
Move Items
Very easily move any item to another position in the report by just clicking on the item and dragging it. You can also use the arrow keys or report control features to shift an item precisely.
Change Fonts
You can change the Font, Style, Size, Color, or add Underline or Strikeout to any text on your reports. Of course, if you enlarge the size, you may need to make other adjustments so that all data still has room to print.
Change Multiple Items at Once
The Report Designer lets you apply any changes to two or more fields at the same time, saving you time as you work.
Save
You can save your edited reports for later usage by anyone on your staff, plus Logos' Backup routines can be run to include these edited reports
Import/Export for Assistance
User Reports provides Import and Export options, which allows you to export a report to send to Logos Support for assistance, if needed, in completing the report format. Also, a Logos Members Only web page provides an extensive library of user-edited reports that can be downloaded and then imported. Why reinvent the wheel? Why not take advantage of creative work done by others?
Security
Your System Administrator can limit access to these features so that only specified individuals are able to edit or delete reports. At the same time, you can give users full access to be able to select and print the user-edited reports.
