Logos Ministry Scheduler is an exciting tool to help manage your volunteers who serve on a rotating schedule. With Logos Ministry Scheduler, you will be able to track essential information about your ushers, greeters, and children's ministry staff. At any time you can view their current schedule, track vacations and exceptions, view ministry roles, and make comments. You can even link to data in Logos II Church Management, making it a breeze to stay current with new additions and changes.
The convenient Auto-Schedule routine automatically assigns people to events. Then, you can manually schedule people to fill vacant roles and/or to accommodate changes in schedules. Logos Ministry Scheduler can be ordered for $395 single-user or $495 multi-user and you receive a free on-line training session to get you started plus a full year of Maintenance/Support (If you already have a Maintenance/Support contract on other Logos products, you will save even more!!)
To get started, you simply identify the events at which people are to serve and the ministry roles needed for the events. You indicate how many people are needed for each role and the how often most people are asked to serve in those roles. The Quick Update routine then lets you quickly add Ministry and Event information in Member records.
Are you scheduling volunteers by hand?
Logos Ministry Scheduler makes it easy to track information about your volunteers. If you are also using Logos II Church Management, an optional link connects the data between both programs.
The Members routine makes it easy to track a variety of information about your volunteers
- Events when they wish to serve,
- Ministry roles in which they participate,
- Dates they are not available,
- Contact information so that you can reach them quickly.
Auto Schedule automatically assigns available persons to the needed ministry roles for your events -- all for whatever date range you request. And if you discover that some information on your events or people had not been correctly defined, just update the information, then let Auto Schedule run again.
After you run Auto Schedule, Manual Schedule quickly and accurately shows the individuals scheduled for events. You can cycle through various dates, view scheduled events, see who is already scheduled, and which roles are vacant, still needing to be scheduled. You can then use this screen to change schedules for volunteers who cannot serve when requested or to find volunteers who are available to fill vacant positions.
