System Requirements

We offer both installed and hosted versions of our products. For the hosted version, we install and manage the software on a highly capable LOGOS server, located in our secure, 24/7 accessible, high-speed data center.

LOGOS Software can be successfully deployed on both PC and Mac-based computers.

PC with Windows

• Processor: Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 64 @ 1.5 Ghz
• RAM: 2 GB
• Hard Disk: 10 GB minimum
• 4 GB for Mail Manager module
• Drives: DVD drive
• DVD Drive required for Mail Manager module
• Operating System: Windows 10 / Windows 8 (not Windows 8 RT) / Windows 7 / Vista / XP Service Pack 3
• Display: 1024x768 or greater

Mac

• LOGOS Products require Boot Camp in order for successful deployment on a Mac. Logos is a Windows based application, so Windows is required on Macs. The exception to that is use of our hosting service, which has a native Mac client that connects to a "cloud" server.

iOS 

• The Graphon iOS app is not compatible with the LOGOS hosted solution.

The quality of the network is important to ensure consistent and fast data access.
